Q: Do you except returns?

A: Unfortunately we do not except returns. 

Q: Do you except exchanges?

A: We do not except any exchanges. We try our best to ensure our products are TOP QAULITY. We understand that between the time we ship your order and when your order gets to you that there may have been a mishap with the carrier ,so if you receive an item that is defective or damaged you can email us at jesluxejewelry@gmail.com and attach a picture of your defective/damaged item(s) and we will discuss further actions. You must let us know within 2 days of receiving your item if there are any damages. 

Q: What if my order never arrives?

A: Once your order has left our facility and is handed off to the carrier you will receive a tracking number. If you do not receive your order, you will have to contact the carrier service to file a dispute. 

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: We ship items out everyday. Due to COVID-19 there may be a delay with the shipping carrier. Our processing time is approximately 1-3 business days. We try to get everything out as soon as an order is placed. 

Q: What metals do you use?

A: We only use stainless steel and sterling silver.

Q: Can you get the jewelry wet?

A: Absolutely!!! Our jewelry will not change color if it touches water.

Q: Are the items real gold?

A: All of our jewelry is gold plated, meaning there is a thin layer of real gold deposited over the base metal used. 

Q: Will the jewelry tarnish or change color?

A: With good care our jewelry can last for years. Being that we only use stainless steel and sterling silver for all of our base materials, your jewelry will never change color. 

Q: Will the gold plating ever wear off?

A: With the proper care our gold plated items can last up to 2 years. Gold plated jewelry is just a thin layer of gold deposited over a base metal. So eventually the plating will wear off because the molecules from the base metals slowly transfer into the thin layer of gold and in return causing it to break down.
